Villa Mar Y Sol is a gated estate property which includes a Main House with 6+ bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms, with a gourmet kitchen, game room/bar, and well appointed family room with bay front views. Most beds are King Size, 1 room includes double Queens, while the upstairs bunk room includes 4 Full, and 2 trundle mattresses. There is also a daybed in a King Suite and a pullout sofa in the office.
Nearly every room includes a Smart TV with various streaming apps. The entire home and property include high-speed WiFi with Internet provided by Starlink. There is also Sonos music systems and speakers installed across the backyard and in the house.

The property includes a diesel generator for electric backup, and we have a well for water, which is also filtered and treated. The entire estate is self sufficient, and will operate fully with the backup systems in place. With Starlink and battery backup, Internet service is also equally stable and not prone to outages that may be experienced in other locations on Nassau.
Multiple rooms have bay front views, and the upstairs Master and King Suites bedrooms have access to the 2nd floor balcony with a modern sleek glass paneled railing.
The property includes a pool, and large yard area for lounging, or for games, and is waterfront with a private beach, dock structure, and a beach cabana with bathroom and kitchenette, and an upstairs pergola for lounging.
Protected by a secured gate, surveillance cameras, and has high-speed broadband services available across property.
